In a medium saucepan, add 24oz of water, a whole lemon sliced, a whole lime sliced, 7 pieces of cloves, a whole garlic clove that has been mashed, a healthy stem of ginger that has been mashed. Allow to simmer on low heat to a slow boil.
Once ready, fill your favourite mug, add honey or blue agave to sweeten if preferred. Sip enjoy and don't forget to thank nature for providing you with the gifts to warm you up and keep you healthy from within.
